After Sales Support

Purchasing any item from us will qualify you for free technical support for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, on that particular item. We hold a comprehensive technical library on most of the lines we offer which is regularly updated. Most of the simple technical issues can be resolved for you over a brief telephone call, and other more complex issues can usually be responded to within 24 hours.

All new products are covered by a manufacturers warranty which we fully support and uphold. Should an item malfunction during the warranty period, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of that item as quickly as possible, ensuring your downtime is kept to a minimum.

Please ensure that you have the original date of purchase and the item serial number to hand when you contact us.
