This information has been carefully authored to provide you with good quality information which is straight to the point. We recognise that your time is important to you and all too often websites offer little more than a cut and paste from a manufacturers site, which has to be waded through to reach the key points of interest.

Our descriptions offer you both a view of the product but also a brief outline of the manufacturer, which we believe will help you to make a better informed purchasing decision. On many of our products we have provided a link, enabling you to download a pdf containing a more comprehensive look at the item and its specifications.

After Sales Support

Purchasing any item from us will qualify you for free technical support for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, on that particular item. We hold a comprehensive technical library on most of the lines we offer which is regularly updated. Most of the simple technical issues can be resolved for you over a brief telephone call, and other more complex issues can usually be responded to within 24 hours. All new products are covered by a manufacturers warranty which we fully support and uphold. Should an item malfunction during the warranty period, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of that item as quickly as possible, ensuring your downtime is kept to a minimum.

Cable Assembly Service

Making a purchasing decision can be daunting enough for the less technically minded, but having to work out how to connect it all up can be an even bigger headache. We aim to remove this hassle for you and have introduced a custom cable assembly service. Within reason we can manufacture any cable to any given specification and often provide this as same day service, so that you receive your cable set, next day, along with your purchased equipment. Please speak to a sales advisor for more information.

You may wish to integrate your new equipment with equipment you already own, which you may have purchased elsewhere. This is not a problem for our engineers who are able to provide a working cable solution for most scenarios. Just inform the sales advisor of what you own and we will do the rest. A quotation will be provided for each custom cable or cable set required.
