Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent a dispatch confirmation by email. This email will confirm the customer name and delivery address to which the order is being sent, your unique nine digit order reference number and the courier consignment number. A link is provided on this email which will enable you to track the progress of your order during transit.

If you do not have access to a computer you may telephone customer services during normal office hours on 01329 233244 for an update on your order progress. We closely monitor the transit of all orders and may from time to time make changes to our systems to ensure we offer you the most efficient delivery service possible.
