The Product

The Sound Devices CS-4 is a high quality rugged production field case for portable recorders and mixers such as the 442 and 788T. It has been manufactured by Camrade for Sound Devices to very high standards, with a main mixer/recorder compartment plus an additional integral space for wireless transmitters or receivers. It also includes an internal pocket that can accommodate NP type batteries. The CS-4 can be used over the shoulder with the included leather shoulder strap and has loop mounts for attaching third party accessory pouches or the optional Sound Devices CS-W bag. Cable access ports with velcro closures are provided and the top cover has a clear panel for easy viewing of recording levels.
