The Shure BETA 98S is a very small and versatile condenser microphone for high volume instrument applications. Its small size makes it a great mic for percussion helping to keep it out of the way of the performer. It has a supercardioid pick-up pattern which helps to isolate unwanted on-stage sounds.

Requires phantom power to function.

From humble beginnings in 1925 as a radio parts wholesaler in downtown Chicago USA, Shure has grown to become one of the worlds most popular microphone brands bar none.
