The Product

The Shure A89U is a U shaped adapter which converts any of the three VP89 end-address shotgun condenser microphones from the standard single-barrel configuration to a double-barrel configuration. By inserting the A89U between the preamplifier and capsule the overall length of the microphone can be reduecd by 150mm, perfect for when space is at a premium. Fully compatible with the VP89S, VP89M, and VP89L models.
