The Sennheiser MKH70 is a lightweight long shotgun microphone. Its excellent directivity is particularly suited to applications undertaken in difficult conditions, such as high background noise and distance microphone positioning. Its frequency-independent directivity prevents sound coloration from off-axis sound sources. Other features include exceptionally low inherent self-noise, symmetrical transducer technology ensuring extremely low distortion, switchable roll-off filter, switchable treble emphasis, infrasonic cut-off filter, switchable pre-attenuation, transformerless and balanced floating output and a black, anodised light metal body.

Requires phantom power to function.
