The Product

The Sennheiser MD42 is a high quality omni-directional dynamic microphone for use in electronic news gathering and interview applications. It has been specially optimised for rough use in live reporting and broadcasting environments with excellent protection from wind and pop noise due to its ply sound inlet basket design. It has an extremely rugged construction with a decent length to the body, and the shockmounted capsule ensures low sensitivity to handling noise.
