The Product

The Samson LIVE 1212 is a two-way, bi-amped active loudspeaker system utilising two custom designed 12" heavy duty low frequency drivers, which feature oversized motors and large 3" voice coils. The HF is provided by a 44 mm titanium compression driver with 1" exit. The integral dual amplifier delivers 300W to the LF driver and 100W to the HF driver. The amplifier section also employs exclusive Optimax circuitry which divides audio into two separate bands and applies an independent compressor/limiter to each, resulting in maximum volume level without distortion or clipping. The amplifier section offers both balanced microphone and line inputs with two band eq and level control, and a balanced line output for feeding other cabinets as required. An on/off power switch is provided and power is supplied via a standard IEC power cord. Perfect for live music applications, house of worship, theatrical or club installations, the LIVE 1212 from Samson offers a wide range of configurations and is a great all round choice.
