The Product

The Marantz PRC600 is a professional weather proof carrying case for the PMD670 and PMD671 solid state recorders. It is manufactured from a tough water resistant textile with a soft clear viewing panel and adjustable padded shoulder strap. Soft nylon cable access tents have been provided at either end of the case and a useful storage pocket for batteries and memory cards has been provided on the front.

The Manufacturer

Marantz was officially founded in 1953 by Saul Bernard Marantz, a native of New York born in 1911. Unhappy with equipment available at the time, Saul spent many hours in his basement constructing amplifiers which ultimately found favour with like minded audio professionals. From these humble beginnings, Marantz has become a highly respected manufacturer and innovator of Hi Fi and broadcast related products throughout the world.
