The Product

The NT41 is a portable network cable and circuit tester with a remote facility for use where it is not possible to bring both cable ends together, such as in structured cabling. It is designed to test RJ-11, RJ-45, USB-A, USB-B and BNC. It is operated by a single button press and tests for continuity, short circuit and phase reversals and the front panel LED display clearly indicates the results of each test. The lower connection block can be removed which facilitates full remote functionality for testing computer networks in buildings. It requires a 9v MN1604 battery and a useful low battery indicator is incorporated into the unit. It comes supplied with a protective pouch.
