The Product

The Beyerdynamic MCE55-18S is an extremely small beige clip-on microphone to suit all applications which call for high quality, low profile and an unobtrusive design. Its omnidirectional polar pattern reduces popping and handling noise. The microphone capsule is water resistant being unaffected by sweat in particularly harsh stage conditions. It can be attached to clothing via the MKV55 which comes with it. Due to its small size, the microphone can be hidden in the hair or in make up making it ideal for theatre applications. It is suitable for wired and wireless applications such as theatre, musical, presentation and education, and operates on battery or phantom power of 1.5VDC to 10VDC. The integral 1.2m cable comes terminated in a 4 pole mini XLR connector.
