The Audio Technica PRO24 sets a new price/performance standard in stereo microphone technology and is designed for professional recording and field use, offering the convenience of an affordable, high-quality stereo pickup in a single microphone. Its compact, lightweight design is perfect for camera-mount use and features a pair of cardioid elements in an X-Y configuration to provide the spatial impact and realism of a live sound field. It can be operated by battery or line powered when the parent recorder supports plug-in power at the mic input. Like all Audio Technica microphones, the PRO24 is extremely rugged and built to endure the rigors of field production. It has an on/off switch and integral 1.8m cable terminated in a 3.5mm Jack connector, and comes supllied with an AT8405A stand clamp.
