The Product

The H30 is a universal shockmount which will suit a wide range of general purpose microphones up to 40mm in diameter. The stand attachment has a degree of swivel adjustment for optimum positioning of the microphone. It comes supplied with a ⅜" to ⅝" internal thread adaptor.

The Manufacturer

AKG was founded in 1947 by Dr Rudolf Goerike and Ernst Pless and within months their beautifully hand built microphones were being used in radio stations, theatres and jazz clubs. Within two years AKG produced their first pair of headphones, which were quickly followed by other innovative products such as the worlds first high quality condenser microphone. One of the first customers to acquire the famous C12 microphone was the BBC in London. Today millions of discerning professionals rely upon this solid and dependable brand.
